NCAL is dedicated to providing resources for assisted living providers to be effective advocates across the country. As part of this effort, NCAL is pleased to announce the release of a new assisted living bill tracker as part of the larger, new State Regulatory Resource Center.
NCAL has partnered with State Net/LexisNexis to provide members access to search and filter assisted living legislation from all 50 states and Washington, D.C. To date, NCAL has tracked thousands of bills, and now members have access to the full text of bills, summaries, and other state resources from those searches.
The bill tracker is available for NCAL members only who can easily search for legislation and regulations by state, topic/type, or specific bill number. If any issues of interest are not listed or if a bill or state you are searching for does not appear in the search results or options, it may be that there are no current bills in the state.
Additional materials will be added to the State Regulatory Resource Center throughout 2023 to support assisted living providers in their advocacy efforts. Please contact NCAL with any questions.
