This update includes important changes and updates in the following sections: New Section (I)(D) regarding applications pending as of October 1, 2024 CHOW situations and revalidations (see Section (VI)(F)(2)) PECOS and public display data (see FAQs 1 and 9) Services furnished by third parties (see FAQ 11) Reporting all services in restricted spaces (see FAQ 13) AHCA/NCAL will continue to update and share member resources during this process, including on our website, as well as assist members through our member Provider Enrollment Revalidation Helpdesk.
