NCAL has released a new vaccine toolkit specifically designed for assisted living providers to assist in their efforts to access the vaccine booster. These materials include booster clinic guidance for assisted living providers. Additional items are sample letters for family consent and staff consent.
Note: these materials have been updated now that the CDC and FDA have expanded COVID-19 booster shots for those who received the Moderna and Johnson and Johnson vaccines.
