AHCA/NCAL Forced to Cancel Delivering Solutions 24

Unfortunately, the impending projected hurricane Milton has forced us to cancel Delivering Solutions 24, our Annual Convention, in Orlando.  We are beyond disappointed.  But your safety is our paramount consideration, and we have no choice.

For those already here, Sunday’s NCAL Day and intensives will go on as planned.

The decision was required based on the current information that we have. That includes:

  1.  Florida Governor DeSantis has declared that Orange County (the county of Orlando) is in a state of emergency because of the oncoming storm.
  2. The most recent storm track shows the storm headed directly for Orlando.
  3. Some indication that the storm could be a category 3 hurricane at the time it makes landfall.

All of these factors have forced us to make this decision.  We realize this is a disappointing and a major inconvenience and for that we are deeply sorry.  We will be providing you information on registration refunds in the upcoming days.

Our intent was that this conference would be an acknowledgement of our past and a celebration of the future.  We are sorry that we can’t do that this week in Orlando.  But none of this diminishes what we have all done together and will continue to do together in the future.  This is unfortunate, but we have all certainly faced much worse.  There will be many more times for us to celebrate together.

Thanks in advance for understanding.

All the best,
