On behalf of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), AHCA requests that SNF provider members volunteer to participate in a brief — less than 10-minutes — survey regarding health information technology (HIT). The last such national survey was conducted in 2017 and the results can impact future SNF HIT policymaking. The survey ends August 31, 2022.
IQVIA, a survey and data analytics research firm, is currently conducting the survey on behalf of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC), which is part of the Department of Health and Human Services. The survey results will help inform health IT policy at CMS and ONC. Note, individual responses will not be published; only aggregate-level summary results will be published. See prior published survey results
here.
The focus of this survey is the usage of HIT, such as electronic health records (or EHRs) and electronic exchange of health information.
To complete the survey, an individual from a facility needs to have specific knowledge of the (EHR) systems used within the facility. Please note, IQVIA is only looking to speak to one respondent from each facility.
SNF provider representatives can either schedule the survey interview online or call the HHS contractor following the instructions below:
- Register for participation at the following website www.alphadetail.com/onc and one of IQVIA’s team members will contact you directly at a time that is convenient for you. 917-542-5651 is also the number you will see on your caller ID when IQVIA attempts to contact per your registration.
- Call 917-542-5651 directly between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to speak to an IQVIA team member directly. If you are unable to connect with a team member, you will be able to leave a message.
