AHCA/NCAL is once again partnering with
ADVION to host a half-day rehabilitation symposium on the morning of Sunday October 6, 2024, in Orlando, Florida, in conjunction with AHCA/NCAL’s Delivering Solutions 24 Convention and Expo. This year’s symposium is titled
SNF Rehabilitation Therapy Best Practices in a Value-Based World.
We are seeking proposal abstracts from individuals interested in offering clinical and practical insights and strategies regarding rehab therapy provided in nursing facilities and senior care to help attendees advance the delivery of quality care, treatment, and outcomes. The 2024 rehab symposium will focus on the role of successful rehab-oriented approaches, given the increase in value-based and accountable care models in post-acute and long term care, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid
Strategic Direction objectives that all Medicare and most Medicaid services will be furnished in care relationships including accountability for quality and total cost of care by 2030.
