AHCA/NCAL is committed to your safety during our
72nd Convention & Expo and continues to closely monitor local, state, and federal guidance related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on this, it has determined the safest possible registrant and exhibitor experience necessitates the following:
A 2-step process for all registrants to be cleared for in-person participation at the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo:
- Accept a liability waiver.
- Provide proof you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered fully vaccinated, you must be two weeks past your second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer or Moderna) or two weeks past a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen).
Accushield is AHCA/NCAL’s official Health and Safety partner for the Convention & Expo and will
facilitate the collection of vaccination proof documentation.
The following is acceptable as proof of full vaccination: image of your vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered) uploaded prior to onsite arrival via a secure link. Proof of vaccination documentation will be stored in Accushield’s HIPAA/PHI compliant dashboard when collected. Once you register, your confirmation will include instructions on how to complete the 2-step health clearance process, including a link to the liability waiver and vaccination proof documentation form. Please note this clearance is required to participate in-person at the 72nd AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo.
