On April 22, 2024, the final rule for
Minimum Staffing Standards for Long-Term Care Facilities was released. This rule included significant updates to the Facility Assessment requirement. In response to these changes, AHCA has prepared an Action Brief to help nursing facilities navigate the new requirements. This brief is now available for download on
