Attendee Eligibility

Participation in this conference is intended for long term care (LTC) member and nonmember providers, AHCA/NCAL state affiliate staff members, provider-led plans, consultants and attorneys, and other nonmember association and not for profit community organizations. AHCA /NCAL reserves the right to grant final approval to all registrants. Please note CE accreditation is available via this conference’s education sessions.

Substitutions

Registration substitutions will be allowed up to five (5) days prior to the conference. Changes and/or substitutions must be made in writing via the PHMS Registration Support.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations received on or before Thursday, March 27th, will be refunded minus a $75.00 administrative fee. Any change or cancellation must be made in writing. Refunds will not be issued after Thursday, May 27th. Refunds will be processed within five (5) days following the end of the conference. Refunds or credits will not be made for no-shows.

Special Accommodations and Dietary Needs
We do our best to include vegan and gluten-free options at every meal. If you require special accommodation or have special dietary needs, please contact AHCA/NCAL at meetings@ahca.org.

Conference Attire
Business casual attire is suitable for all meetings, sessions, and receptions. Please remember to bring a sweater or jacket for air-conditioned rooms.

Make Your Reservation Early!

Registration online is quick, convenient, and you’ll receive immediate confirmation. All attendees must be registered for the event before a hotel reservation can be made. You can reserve your hotel at the same time when registering online.

Reservations must be made by Thursday, March 13th for the Grand Hyatt Atlanta Buckhead, and The Westin Buckhead Atlanta. Reservations for the Embassy Suites Atlanta Buckhead are available until March 20th. Reservation requests made after the hotel deadlines will be based on availability at the prevailing rate determined by the hotel.

The official room block at the Embassy Suites closes on March 21. However, registration remains open, and attendees can still book directly with the Embassy Suites (Hotels in Buckhead, Atlanta - Embassy Suites, +1 404-261-7733) at the non-group rate.

Convention Management Resources Inc., (CMR) is AHCA/NCAL’s PHMS’s official registration and housing company. Please register and make your hotel reservation online. Conference registration is required to secure your hotel reservation.

Room Rates & Taxes

AHCA/NCAL has arranged for the special group rate at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta-Buckhead of $259.00 per night single or double occupancy plus appropriate tax and service charges. This rate will be extended by three days’ pre- and post-conference dates based on availability.

Registration and attendance for companies and individuals who sell/market products and/or services to provider organizations are limited to sponsors only. Any attendee eligibility questions can be directed to meetings@ahca.org.

With health and safety remaining a priority for our attendees and the residents they serve, we ask that the following be observed:

Being up to date with vaccines is preferred for all registered attendees.
Masks are worn at the discretion of the attendees.
If you experience symptoms of a respiratory illness while onsite at the event, please wear a source control mask when around others indoors. Consider self-quarantine in your hotel room for 24 hours until symptoms resolve. If needed, please contact AHCA/NCAL staff (meetings@ahca.org) for a COVID-19 or flu test kit.
